The client approached an agency I collaborate with, asking for on-brand copy to sell their SaaS product - a CRM type tool for client management. The challenge was to get into the minds of the ideal customer (owners of fast-growing digital agencies) and write stellar copy that strikes a professional yet approachable tone.
I took the time to research the SaaS offer and truly understand the client's main value proposition. I then wrote in a personable and highly-engaging voice. It's no small feat to make a CRM software sound interesting... but the final product speaks for itself.
